- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly mentioned on the return package to facilitate the smooth processing of your return.
- You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at the following address: Ground Floor, Vinayak Darshan, Kolegaon, Katai Pipeline Road, Dombivali (E), Thane - 421204 INDIA.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service that offers shipment tracking for your return.

Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For all other return reasons, including change of mind or ordering the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
