1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
   • To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at (+91) 7075021890 or email us at support@kuttapi.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.
   • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly mentioned on the return package to facilitate the smooth processing of your return.
   • You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at the following address: Ground Floor, Vinayak Darshan, Kolegaon, Katai Pipeline Road, Dombivali (E), Thane - 421204 INDIA.
   • We recommend using a reliable courier service that offers shipment tracking for your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

   • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
   • For all other return reasons, including change of mind or ordering the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
   • Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
   • The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchange:

   • If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or size, please contact our customer support team.
   • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 36 hours of delivery.
   • We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellation:

   • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
